AI Video Quality Checklist Before Publishing
Inspect content and continuity
Watch the whole export at normal speed first. Then inspect difficult frames and transitions where generation or editing errors are more likely to be visible.
- Product: labels, shape, accessories and demonstrated behaviour remain accurate.
- Presenter: facial movement, hands, gaze and voice are acceptable for the intended use.
- Text: brand names, captions, prices and conditions match the approved script.
- Audio: speech is intelligible and music does not obscure key words.
- Edit: transitions, pacing and crops preserve the meaning.
- Disclosure and rights: required labels and permissions are in place.
Test the actual viewing context
Open the file on a phone, with sound on and off, and review the intended placement preview. Check whether interface elements cover captions or the call to action. In an illustrative demo, a generated button label that differs from the real software can invalidate the explanation even when the image looks polished.
Define acceptance and rework
Record each issue by timestamp, expected result and required correction. Fix the affected segment, then watch the complete replacement export to catch new problems. Keep the approved version and distribution list together. Avoid publishing first and treating viewer complaints as quality assurance, especially when a video shows product capabilities or customer claims.
