AI Presenter Video Workflow
Prepare the brief
Define the audience, offer, destination, length, language, presenter treatment and output formats. Use an approved script with accurate product facts. Collect brand assets and confirm that voice, likeness and other media can be used for the intended purpose.
- Script review: wording, claims, pronunciation and an understandable next step.
- Presenter setup: approved appearance, voice and consistent framing.
- Production: short sections that can be corrected without regenerating the whole video.
- Edit: actual product footage, captions and an accurate end card.
Review a short sample first
Generate a sample containing the brand name, difficult words and any essential numbers. Check pronunciation, lip sync and whether the delivery suits the audience. Approving that sample before all versions can reduce avoidable rework. Avoid adding an unsupported claim just because the presenter makes it sound confident.
Validate the final export
Watch the complete video at normal speed and inspect representative frames on a phone. Check captions against the approved script, verify numbers and test the destination link. Record the model or tool, source assets, approved version and agreed usage. Apply the disclosure approach appropriate to the content, platform and market, and keep real customer evidence separate from synthetic presentation.
