Scope, revisions, and cancellations

Revision and Refund Policy

This page gives practical guidance for revisions, cancellations, and refunds on scoped Reddystack digital service work.

Revisions

Revision rounds should be defined in the project scope before work starts. Revisions usually cover changes inside the agreed direction, not new pages, features, integrations, or a different strategy.

Requests outside the agreed scope may need a separate quote or a later phase.

Refunds and cancellations

Because website, app, MVP, and automation work is custom service work, refund eligibility depends on the project stage, work already completed, and the written agreement for that scope.

If a project is cancelled before work starts, the refund or adjustment should follow the agreed payment terms for that project.

Current refund and revision approach

Revision rounds depend on the selected plan and must be written into the project scope before work starts. Starter scopes usually include limited revisions; larger builds should use milestone-based review points.

Refunds may be provided according to the agreed scope, payment stage, and work already completed. If a project is cancelled before work starts, the payment can be refunded or adjusted according to the written agreement, excluding direct payment gateway or transfer costs when applicable.
