AI Video Brand Consistency Checklist

Consistent AI video production needs a shared reference for what must stay the same. Create a small brand and production checklist before generating a series of clips.

Create the reference pack

Use the approved logo, colour values, fonts, product images, voice notes and example frames. Record presenter treatment, pronunciation, caption style and the terms the business uses for its offers. A vague request to “match the brand” leaves too many decisions open.

  • Identity: correct brand name, logo and product terminology.
  • Visuals: consistent framing, backgrounds and accurate product details.
  • Voice: approved pronunciation, tone and pace.
  • Message: matching offer, qualifications and call to action.
  • Rights: permission for assets, voices and likenesses across planned uses.

Use a continuity review

For an illustrative product series, compare clips side by side: does the packaging change, does a logo distort, or does the presenter’s voice shift? Build short reference frames for reviewers instead of relying on memory. Regenerate only the affected segment when the rest is correct, then review the assembled export again.

Keep a version record

Store the approved script, settings, source assets and final exports under one project version. Lock the core reference pack before translating or resizing, while allowing deliberate adaptations for each audience. Do not force identical pacing into every language if it harms understanding. Brand consistency means recognisable and accurate communication, not preserving an error across every video.
